Jessica Minahan began her studies in nutrition & health in high school to improve her sports performance. After facing her own challenges with her kidney and endocrine imbalances followed by immediately entering motherhood, this hobby evolved into a life long passion, practice and study. In 2014 she earned a health coach certification through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, with a focus on empowering families to live healthier lifestyles through nutrition education, tools, and overall lifestyle adjustments. Helping families with gardening and time in nature became a top tool for wellness coaching.
She shifted her health research / studies to cellular detoxification and modalities of alternative medicine from practitioners in her local community and other experts including Dr. Robert Morse ND, John R Christopher, Dr. Sebi, and Dr. Arnold Ehrert. In hopes to help halt her father’s rare neurological disease diagnosis, she additionally studied iridology, and completed her certification as a an herbal counselor through Joyful Living Services with Brenda Generali.
