Yogini is essentially baby yoga..before beginner’s yoga. Yogini teaches how to release tensions and stored energies within our physical systems and then allows that release into the light bodies. Bodies become rigid over time, which can make it difficult to do things like yoga, and it also creates a rigid mindset in one way or another. Those drawn to this class might be experiencing rigidity and have a need for flexibility. You’ll learn to really begin listening to yourselves and your needs, beginning at the physical layer – moving your body to the motions you know you need. We will engage in pleasant stretching and relaxing into an allowing of release.
