Reiki Training
Reiki Master Teachers, Will and Allison Brown, will be offering a Reiki Level 1 course on Saturday, May 6th, and Reiki Level 2 course on Sunday, May 7th.
Both Will and Allison are military veterans and believe in the healing power of Reiki for their fellow veteran bothers and sisters. So in 2016 they founded a non-profit, Reiki for Vets. Reiki For Vets is dedicated to providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to VA enrolled disabled veterans. Will and Allison have a desire to give back to the men and women who selflessly sacrificed their own health and well-being in service to our country. Thanks to generous donations, full and partial scholarships are provided to veterans and their spouses for Reiki Level 1 training.
Although these courses are open to anyone, veterans (and those who love and work with them) may be particularly interested in learning this valuable healing technique.
The Reiki Level 1 course includes the Level 1 manual, the history and background of Reiki, hand positions and protocol for the treatment of self or others, the Reiki Level 1 attunement, and time for practice. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to practice Reiki on themselves, as well as close friends and family members.
Veterans: No charge (full scholarship)
Spouse of any veteran: $75.00 (partial scholarship)
Non-veteran (civilian): $149.00
The Reiki Level 2 course includes the Level 2 manual, three symbols that strengthen and direct the Reiki energy, the Level 2 attunement, and time for practice. Upon completion of this course, students will have the skill and comfort level to start their own Reiki practice.
Cost: $249.00 (At this time, scholarships are not available for Level 2 training)
